Area residents enjoyed a wide variety of entertainment at the Hometown Country Fair held Saturday in Crescenta Valley Park in La Crescenta.

On the schedule were performances by the Rosemont School Jazz Band, Homenetmen Glendale Ararat Choir, Hiza Yoo’s Korean Dance Institute and guitarist Mark Achuff.

Activities included a pie-eating contest, a dog parade, karaoke and carnival rides.
