Police are looking for a man who broke into a Glendale home early Wednesday morning, waking a woman sleeping in her bedroom and asking for her money, authorities said.

After the woman in her 50s told the masked suspect she didn’t have money, he fled with her purse and a laptop, according to Glendale Police Sgt. Robert William. The victim was not injured.

Another resident, a woman in her 70s, slept through the robbery.

Police don’t know how many suspects were involved, or how the man got into the woman’s single-family home, located on the 500 block of East Windsor Road.

Anyone with information on the home invasion robbery is asked to call (818) 548-4911.
