A 24-year-old man was hospitalized Tuesday after he was stabbed with a pencil during a fight in downtown Glendale, police said.

Investigators are looking for two other males involved in the fight, which occurred around 3 p.m. on the 300 block of East California Avenue, according to Glendale Police Sgt. Robert William.

It’s not clear who was the aggressor in the fight. The victim, who sustained a non-life-threatening wound to his head, is not cooperating with police. His relationship to the others involved was not known, but police don’t believe the fight was random.

Anyone with information is asked to call Glendale police at (818) 548-4911.
