Flintridge Prep 56, San Marino 40: Johnny Le finished with a team-high 14 points and Zach Kim added 10 on Tuesday to lift Flintridge Prep in a season-opening contest.
Nick Davis and John Lytle added nine points apiece for the Rebels.
St. Monica Academy 69, Waverly 64: The Crusaders improved to 2-0 with the nonleague victory Tuesday evening at New Revelation Baptist Church.

St. Monica 33, Lycee International of Los Angeles 28: The Crusaders began the season Monday with a nonleague win at New Revelation Baptist Church.
La Salle 41, Flintridge Prep 38: Kaitlyn Chen finished with a team-high 22 points Monday for the Rebels in a season-opening contest. Flintridge Prep got eight points apiece from Andie Kim and Sophia Gonzalez.
GIRLS’ SOCCER
Providence 7, St. Monica Academy 1: The visiting Crusaders kicked off their season Tuesday with a nonleague defeat at Occidental College.
MEN’S BASKETBALL
Pasadena City College 82, Glendale Community College 73: Visiting Glendale (2-3) suffered a nonconference loss Tuesday. The Vaqueros received 18 points, nine rebounds and four steals from Jordan Matthews, 16 points from Serigne Athj, 14 points from Steven Hubbell and 12 from Dominic Gully.
