By means of an introduction

For numerous moments in 2012, I thought that I would be like Moses, denied entry into the Promised Land, aka Glendale. My wife and I lived between Colorado and California, and our wish was to permanently settle in Glendale, except that every time we bid on a property, we were outbid by other buyers, a tight inventory and rising prices.

So it was with great joy that, two weeks before Christmas, we became the proud owners of a condo in beautiful Glendale. So goodbye snow, ice and Rocky Mountains and hello to the warmth of new neighbors, Armenian food, majestic parks, Alex Theatre and the kindness of people living in this vibrant, civic and well managed community.

My wife and I were very involved in social causes in our previous community, and we cannot wait to soon volunteer in Glendale. 2013 promises to be a great year!
