Police believe the attack outside the Burbank Town Center early Saturday morning in which one man was shot and another beaten may be gang-related, authorities said.
A 36-year-old man was arrested last week after a seven-month investigation which led police to find 2 pounds of a “very rare” type of heroin, 1.5 pounds each of methamphetamine and marijuana, three handguns and an assault rifle in his Los Angeles home, authorities said.
Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man who walked into La Cañada’s Round Table Pizza restaurant Saturday night armed with a handgun and escaped with $500 from the store’s safe and cash register, according to the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station.
