Diane Brantley Oct. 27, 1944 - August 24, 2012

(1944 – 2012) Diane Brantley, 67, passed away Friday, August 24th at home with her family by her side. Diane was born on October 27, 1944, in Burbank, California to Dale and Dorothy Dunbar. She resided in Burbank, attending Lincoln Elementary, Jordan Junior High, and John Burroughs High School from which she graduated in 1962. She married James Brantley in 1964 and they lived in Burbank until 2005, at which time they relocated to Santa Clarita, California to be closer to their daughters and grandchildren. Diane worked in the paper distribution industry for more than 30 years. She is survived by her husband Jim of 48 years; two daughters Lisa Mudgett and Julianne Venturo and their husbands; four grandchildren, who were “Nana’s” love of her life: Tyler, Cameron, Carissa, and Sabrina; and her cousins Tim Norwalk of Canyon Country, California and Christine Davi of Vallejo, California. She enjoyed Jazzercise classes, dancing, shopping and decorating her home, camping with family and friends, and going on cruises, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
