A DUI saturation patrol in Glendale, Burbank and neighboring towns yielded 11 arrests, police said.
The patrol, which lasted from 6 p.m. Friday through 2 a.m. Saturday, was also conducted in South Pasadena, San Marino and San Fernando.
Ninety-two vehicles were stopped and 21 field sobriety tests were administered, according to the patrol’s results provided by Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.
Four people were arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, while two motorists were taken into custody for getting behind the wheel while allegedly high on drugs, Lightfoot said.
Also, five people were arrested for driving without a license.
Saturation patrols are made possible through state funding.
