Mary Kathleen Lynch Gallagher Sept. 3, 1924-Oct. 19, 2012

Mary Kathleen Lynch Gallagher 88, of Spanish Springs, passed away October 19, 2012 at her residence in Nevada.
Mary was born in Boston Massachusetts to Thomas and Catherine Lynch on September 3, 1924. She went to high school at Quincy High School and graduated in 1943. She went on to a career with New England and Pacific Bell Telephone Companies, where she retired in 1988. Mary was a resident of La Crescenta CA from 1957 to 2011, and one of the original parishioners of St. James the Less Catholic Church. A devoted mother, Mary travelled to Hawaii, Virginia, Germany, Nevada and South Carolina to visit her ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mary’s greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Kathleen Lynch.
Mary is survived by her husband of 57 years, Joseph A. Gallagher Sr. of Spanish Springs, NV, Joseph A. Gallagher Jr. of San Diego, CA, Thomas J. Gallagher of St. Charles, MO, Mary F. Getten of Sparks, NV, Richard D. Gallagher of Hollister, CA and William R. Gallagher of Tujunga, CA.
