Two Glendale men were allegedly held up at gunpoint early Sunday, according to police.

The victims were standing outside a residence at Doran and Kenwood streets at 12:43 a.m. when they were approached by an unidentified suspect, said Glendale Police Sgt. Tom Lorenz.

The suspect revealed a firearm and demanded the victims’ cellphones and cash, which they handed over, Lorenz said.

He would not disclose how much money was stolen.

Arriving police officers were unable to find the suspect, who was seen fleeing eastbound from the scene, he said.

The suspect was described as black, 6 feet tall with a thin build and facial hair on his chin. He was wearing dark jeans, a gray shirt and a gray beanie.
