[UPDATE 2:31 p.m.] Glendale police are looking for an unidentified male suspect wanted in connection with a bank robbery at the U.S. Bank in Glendale on Tuesday.

Customers were in the bank located at 600 N. Brand Blvd. when the suspect, described only as in his 20s, entered at about 11:55 a.m., said Glendale Police Spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot. The suspect appeared unarmed.

He was not seen carrying a weapon and handed a teller a note before leaving with an unknown amount of money, she said. No injuries were reported.

A dye pack was possibly taken – a theft-prevention device that stains money to mark it as stolen, said Glendale police Sgt. Peter Presnall.

He added that the suspect fled the scene in a Toyota vehicle.

No additional suspect description was immediately available.
