Rose Marie Prouser January 3, 1948 - January 1, 2013

Rose Marie[Henderson] Prouser of Burbank, California died January 1, 2013 at home, under
hospice care, after a four-year battle with brain cancer. She was born in Bay City, Michigan on
January 3, 1948 to Paul and Marie Henderson. She had also been a resident of North
Tonawanda, NY; Hagerstown, MD; Enola, PA; and Harrisburg, PA.

Mrs. Prouser was proud of her career as a Registered Nurse that included working in a hospital, an inner-city health clinic, a private family practice and as a telephone triage nurse. She was also a skilled freelance photographer and editor. As a Partner in Prouser Photographic, she covered news stories for the Associated Press and Reuters Newspictures, worked for many private clients and for ten years was the set photographer for CNN’s “Larry King Live.” She devoted her life to caring for her family and friends, always assisting others in times of need,
including caring for family members in their final days.

She is survived by her husband, Fred S. Prouser of Burbank whom she married in 1976; her mother Marie Lucile Henderson of Glendale, California; two sons, Scott Bornman of Reston, Virginia and Jeffrey Bornman of West Hollywood, California; a brother Kent Henderson of California; many nieces and nephews and two wonderful granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her father Paul T. Henderson, of Alpine, TX; sisters, Joyce Roope
and Jean McClure of Bay City, Michigan and Christine Reeves, of Alpine, TX; and a brother
Stephen Benson Henderson of Texas.

The Rev. Marshall N. Chambers will preside over a celebration of her life Saturday, January
12, 2013, 10:00AM to Noon in The Old North Church at Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hills in Los
Angeles California.
