Sylvia E. Weinert
78, a lifelong resident of Glendale, passed away on June 29, 2011 in Riverside, CA. She was born in Glendale, Calif. in July 1932 and continued on to be a Hoover High School graduate, Class of 1950.
Sylvia was a Hotels Controller for Glendale Holiday/Days Inn and Burbank Holiday Inn. In her free time she loved to camp, fish and spend time with family and friends.
She is survived by sons, Scott Stevens and Stanley Stevens; stepson, David Weinert; sisters, Shelia Stollmeyer and Susan Grimson; grandchildren, Sara Stevens, Amy Musser, and John Stevens.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 7th and Friday, July 8th from 5-9 pm at Forest Lawn Glendale. Services on July 9th at 1:30 pm at Wee Kirk O’ Heather Chapel at Forest Lawn Glendale.
