Two men sought for alleged gunplay
Police are looking for two men who allegedly fired pellet guns Tuesday at residents and homes along Grandview Avenue.
An 86-year-old Glendale man and two of his friends were standing outside his home about 3:10 p.m. in the 1700 block of Grandview Avenue, when they noticed two men inside a vehicle firing pellet guns, according to Glendale police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.
The man told police the driver fired at homes, and the passenger discharged a pellet gun at him and his friends, Lightfoot said, adding that no one was injured in the incident.
The driver and passenger, who were described as being in their 20s, were reportedly traveling north on Grandview and had pointed the guns outside of the vehicle’s windows.
Their car was described as a dark gray or black, four-door sedan, which may have been a Chevrolet.
It appeared that a pink sticker had been adhered to the right and left sides of the vehicle’s rear window.
