Elmer and Pearl Dendinger

Elmer and Pearl Dendinger will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on April 15, 2011. They were married in St. Catherine of Siena Catholic church in Laguna Beach on April 15, 1941. Elmer was born in Harrington, NE and Pearl in Chickasha, OK. Elmer was co-owner of Laguna Sheet Metal for many years. They were members of St. Joachim Church for most of their years in Costa Mesa and raised seven boys who attended the church school. He retired as a master metal smith in 1976 and she is a retired housewife. They spent most of the 1930’s and 40’s in Laguna Beach, and have since 1950 lived in Costa Mesa.
