‘Gasland’ Discussion

A sandwich lunch will be the forum for a further discussion of the film “Gasland,” which is about the dangers of extracting natural gas. Insomnia Presentation

Helene Farr, a doctoral student in clinical psychology, offers a free presentation on insomnia at

2:30 p.m. at the Susi Q Senior Center, 380 Third St. It will demonstrate hands-on ways to alleviate the problem without medication, including cognitive-behavioral

interventions, sleep restriction therapy, sleep hygiene, light therapy and various relaxation techniques.
