An afternoon of milk, cookies and art

It’s an art show that kids will find simply delicious.

“Milk & Cookies: The Story Tellers” will be from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach.

Put on by Active Ride Shop, clothing line Mini & Maximus (MIMA) and Laguna’s AR4T Gallery, the event includes arts and crafts, an art auction, live music and, obviously, milk and cookies.

MIMA artists and their kids have created new art to be auctioned off, with proceeds benefiting the Boys & Girls Club.

Also, the winners will be announced for MIMA and Active’s “Art Tees by Kids for Kids Contest.” Winners get $100 donated in their name to the club, and their artwork will be featured on T-shirts that will be sold by Active next summer.

The Boys & Girls Club is at 1085 Laguna Canyon Road.
