‘Little Songbirds’

In celebration of Groundhog Day, the Environmental Nature Center, 1601 16th St., Newport Beach, presents “Little Songbirds: The Groundhog’s Forecast,” a program led by Beth Syverson, artistic director of Con Brio Studios, for children ages 3 to 5. ‘Come Fly Away’

‘Become a Naturalist’

The Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach presents an afterschool workshop with naturalist Alex Lane, which will be given from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays in February, except for Feb. 22. The workshop is for children aged 8 to 12. It costs $40 to enroll your child for four sessions, which will be limited to 15 students.
