Down Syndrome Benefit

The International Surfing Museum and Team Up for Down Syndrome host "Surf's Up for Down Syndrome," an event featuring dinner, surfing activities, auctions, music by the Chantays and more, at Sandy's Beach Grill, 315 Pacific Coast Hwy., Huntington Beach. Musical Dinner Theater

Liberty Christian School presents "The Music Man" along with a steak dinner at 7661 Warner Ave., Huntington Beach. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Saturday, with the show starting soon after. Tickets are $29 for adults, $27 for students. The Center for International Business and Communication Studies program at Edison High School hosts a fundraising golf tournament at SeaCliff Country Club, 6501 Palm Ave., Huntington Beach.
