Sonny is exactly that, a “sunny” canine personality. He is an Akita mix, with a handsome golden brown fur coat, who is a happy-go-lucky guy.

Sometimes not realizing his own size, he will give you a great big hug! However, he is relatively gentle for such a large dog and walks well on leash.

Sonny is healthy, fit and neutered. He appears house trained and relates well to other dogs. You might be surprised to learn he is 9 years old, as his appearance and attitude belie his “senior citizen” status.

He is looking for the right home in which to enjoy his golden years. Sonny’s adoption fees will be discounted 25% all week, when you mention this announcement, plus an added discount for senior adopters (62 or older).
