Pinta is a 3-year-old female mixed pitbull who needs a new home.
Through the Orange County Humane Society, Pinta found a home at an auto wrecking shop, only to be sent to a junkyard in Fontana. She is now being boarded at a shelter associated with an animal hospital but cannot stay there long-term.
She is white and brown and has had eye surgery, paid for by some caring dog lovers.
Pinta isn't fond of cats but has had friendships with dogs, though she can be finicky about them. She is friendly toward people. She has been spayed and vaccinated and should get a microchip. For information about Pinta, text or call (714) 884-8610.
