Hello, my name is Max. I am an eight-month-old male Japanese chin mix. My owners decided to move and left me behind tied to a tree for days with no food, water or shade. I am extremely friendly and affectionate. I love other dogs and kids too. I like to play fetch and would love to be adopted to a family with another pet for me to play with.
