For football fanatics: Cult favorite waffle sandwich house Bruxie will host its fourth annual Bruxie Bowl on Saturday and Sunday at all six of its locations. It will offer two custom waffle sandwiches inspired by the participating Super Bowl teams, including the Denver Broncos "Champ I Am" Bruxie (inspired by Broncos player Champ Bailey, a regular at the Orange Bruxie location), served up with green eggs and ham, Tillamook cheddar, a jumbo egg and arugula pesto, and the Seattle Seahawks Roast Pork Banh Mi Bruxie (inspired by a local favorite), with roast pork, pickled carrots, cilantro, sliced jalapenos and Sriracha aioli.
