The ladies of the Back Bay Equestrians and their steeds embarked on their third annual Christmas carol ride through the Santa Ana Heights neighborhood on Sunday afternoon.

The women departed on the holiday horseback venture from Cypress Street in Newport Beach, accompanied around the neighborhood by recorded music and men following close behind for cleanup duty.
