Share

Pinnacle Residential and Collective Housing Supply are building a 10-home tract in Costa Mesa called Miraval at Mesa Verde.

The tract at 2880 Mesa Verde Drive East replaces the First Church of Christ, Scientist campus, which had been there since 1968. The neighborhood’s model home will be open in June for tours.

Completed homes, which will be about 3,300 square feet, could go on the market in the fall.
