Bruce E. Garlich

GARLICH, Bruce E., 74, of Costa Mesa passed away March 22, 2011. After a distinguished career as an aerospace executive with McDonnell Douglas, Bruce dedicated his retirement years to his family, friends and the city of Costa Mesa. A dedicated community servant, Bruce volunteered his time to such organizations as the City Planning Commission, Senior Center, Boys and Girls Clubs and the Lyons Club among many others. He is survived by his son, Gregory Garlich; brother, Roger Garlich (Pam); nieces and nephews, Carla Lett, Dawn Lett, Kevin White and Gary Bowles.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 1, 2011 at Pacific View memorial Chapel, 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona del Mar, CA 92625. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Burce’s name to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Harbor Area, P. O. Box 10297, Costa Mesa, CA 92627.
