Shauna has been a top-producing agent in the office for 10 years, working with clients in Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach, Laguna Niguel and Dana Point.

She has a bachelor’s degree in education from USC.

Shauna launched her two-decade real estate career as sales manager for Covington Homes in Orange and San Diego counties.

Before joining Covington, she honed her abilities as an award-winning sales manager for Minolta Business Systems, where she led her sales team to the No. 1 spot in the nation.

Shauna Covington is the secretary and a director for the Laguna Board of Realtors as well as a director of Prudential’s luxury division and the Southern California Multiple Listing Service.

Success boils down to putting yourself in your client’s shoes, she said.

“It’s knowing what they need in their life at that particular time, where they want to go — then helping them make that next chapter happen,” she said. “Clients look to us for knowledge. We need to be able to give them all the details they need to be confident about us and about their own decisions.”

Shauna resides in South Orange County.
