6 stops set for Home and Garden Tour to benefit Newport Harbor High

Homeowners and gardeners in Costa Mesa and Newport Beach will roll out the welcome mat to visitors May 12 for Newport Harbor High School’s 19th annual Home and Garden Tour.

Six Costa Mesa and Newport Beach homes will be open to residents from all over Orange County.

The tour will benefit the Newport Harbor Educational Foundation, which provides funding for items and services such as computers, tutoring and Advanced Placement classes at Newport Harbor High.

The event will kick off at 9 a.m. with a reception at Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop on East 17th Street in Costa Mesa, followed by the home tour, boutique shopping and an opportunity drawing.

Mendocino Farms will donate a lunch at the Newport Theatre Arts Center on Cliff Drive, and the tour will conclude with wine and hors d’oeuvres at Barclay Butera Interiors’ showroom off Westcliff Drive in Newport Beach.
