Ceremony held for Modera apartment complex in Glendale

A grand-opening ceremony was held recently for Modera, an apartment complex located at 600 N. Central Ave., Glendale.

The building features 235 apartments, including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units and fifth-floor penthouses that have second-story mezzanines.

Indoor amenities include a high-ceiling lobby, fitness center, lounge, multipurpose clubhouse, pet-washing station, bike parking and an interactive-notification package service.

Residents also have access to Wi-Fi and an Internet café.
