Jerry Freeman passed away on March 25, 2015 at the age of 70 after a long illness. His wife Gail and friend Glenn Williams were at his side.
Jerry became a musician at a young age and played all over the United States. In the late 70’s he formed the Jerry Freeman band, which headlined as the house band at The Forge in Glendale throughout the Urban Cowboy era. Jerry worked for BMI in the 80’s where he enjoyed a career as a licensing executive for many years. In the 90’s he was a successful realtor in the Glendale-Burbank area.
Jerry was a loving husband and father and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife Gail, with whom he enjoyed a happy marriage of almost 32 years, his son Steven, and two step-daughters, Jodie Cravens and Dawn Ellis.
