Thomas John Polis 1914-July 19, 2012

Thomas John Polis of Glendale, California passed away on July 19, 2012. At the time of his death, Tom was a resident of the manor Care Facility in Van Nuys, California.
He was born in Utica, New York, in 1914 and moved to California with his parents in the early 1940s. He resided in the San Fernando Valley for many years and worked at the Hydro-Aire facility in Burbank, California.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Polis, and his second wife Annie Crawford Polis.
Tom is survived by a sister, Mary, three sons through marriage to his second wife (Ronald, Terry, and Alan Crawford) and two grandsons (Kevin, and Sean Crawford).
He had many friends at Harry’s Restaurant in Burbank, California as well as Erlina Garcina and staff at the Manor Care Facility.
As per Tom’s wishes, no funeral services will be held.
