‘Meatball’ Rose Parade float idea a hit with Twitter fans

It’s been a year since “Meatball” the bear created a legion of fans over the course of several trash foraging forays into Glendale’s hillsides.
Reaction to a proposal to feature the bear’s likeness on the city’s next Rose Parade float was...enthusiastic.
The Glendale City Council will review the concept at their regular meeting today at 6 p.m.
