Kathleen H. Bussard October 20, 1928 - October 2, 2013

Kathleen Bussard passed away on Wednesday, October 2 after being afflicted with a sudden stroke the night before.

She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and emigrated to the United States in the early 1950’s. She married Olen Ray Bussard in Los Angeles on January 29, 1955. They had two children, Gayle Ann and Gordon Ray. She loved to go on hikes and outings with the Verdugo Hills Sierra Club and was a long time member of First Presbyterian Church of Burbank.

She was pre-deceased by parents (Alexander and Margaret Watson), brothers James and Donald of Canada, and her husband Olen in 1975.

She is survived by her children Gayle Clark (Ken) and Gordon Bussard (Beverly), four grandchildren (Tyler and Heather Bussard, Brandon Jepson (Kati), Shanna Jepson Wold, and 1 great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, Kathleen would have liked contributions to be made to First Presbyterian Church of Burbank or the Verdugo Hills Chapter of the Sierra Club.
