Patrick Harold Hart April 19, 1958 - November 13, 2013

A member of a long time Glendale family, Patrick graduated Hoover HS and made his home in the area. An avid sportsman, Patrick established a business which allowed him to work outdoors and with people from all walks of life. After a long battle, and surrounded by family, Patrick peacefully succumbed to a brain tumor. Patrick is survived by his parents, Warren & Jean Hart, 5 brothers - Michael, Andrew, Thomas, Daniel & Joseph - as well as his sister, Joan.

A funeral Mass will be held on December 13 at 11:00am, at Holy Family Catholic Church in South Pasadena.
