Events mix food and movies at local parks

Two events held during the past two weeks in Glendale included food trucks with the screenings of two well-known movies.

The events, called “Street Food Cinema,” were held the past two Saturdays.

The first, at Brand Park on Aug. 24, featured the movie “Beauty and the Beast.” The event held this past Saturday included the screening of the movie “Dirty Dancing” held in Central Park.
