Community Kids’ Fair offers fun

The Community Kids’ Fair, co-sponsored by Glendale Presbyterian Church, Glendale First United Methodist Church and First Baptist Church of Glendale, will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 26 in the parking lots at the corner of Kenwood and Wilson.

A Glendale police officer will speak with the children and show them her patrol car. There will be games and activities for children of all ages, including a jumper/water slide. There will also be face-painting, crafts, food, fun and music.

Also participating are Glendale Healthy Kids & “Heartly,” AEG/Staples Center, the YMCA. The Kiwanis Club of Glendale will have its Quarterly Car Seat Safety Inspection. Appointments are required for inspection and can be made by calling (818) 378-7244.

Those who don’t have an appointment can be placed on a waiting list for the next inspection.
