As the gloom of June dissipated into a July fry, local Realtors gathered at Pickwick Bowl to help fill the coffers of the Burbank Board of Realtors Community Service Foundation this past Tuesday evening.

More than 60 members of the Burbank Assn. of Realtors strove for strikes and spares to raise funds that the foundation uses to assist various Burbank charities, address specific community needs and to award scholarships to students from Bellarmine-Jefferson, Providence, Burbank and Burroughs high schools as well as the Burbank Adult School.

“This year we are committed to doing much more than we have ever done in the past because there is more of a need than ever,” said Foundation President Chris Habitz. “We will specifically be looking into assisting families with housing needs.”

Among the notables who took to the lanes were the association’s president, Alexandra Kelly, and executive officer, Brian Paul. Also rolling for the cause were Melissa Misner, Shelly Valencia, Ed Sanchez, Jon Wax, Tom Paul, Dana Snodgrass-Russo, Carlos Espinoza, Henry Aguilar, Amy Lee, Linda Roberts, Grace Farenbaugh, Lou Morreale, Lisa Matzner, Christine Hatchikian, Marty Del Cid and Aaron Des Marais.

Barnett, Elena Hubbell, Janet Dubrasky, Alfonso De La Cruz, Mike Kessler, Phyllis Yanagihara, Page Moseley, Dusty Brandel, Linda Barnes, Yasmine Wolfe, Rocky Pepeli, Guillermo Rodriguez, Chris Nojadera, Mike and Lisa Oct, Sonia Terpak-Haas, Mike De Grandis, Caleb Gonzalez, Minerva Solano, Javier Carbajal, Jon Lafferty, Philip Duncan, Julian Munoz, Michael Napolitano, Loren Castro, Mary Kay Keshishian, Raul Guillen, Mike Boyle and Ileane Rusch.
