Mixed martial arts facility fetes expansion

M3 Flight and Fitness at 2662 Honolulu Ave. in Montrose held a ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce on Nov. 4 to celebrate the expansion of the facility.

Established in 2010, M3 Flight and Fitness offers mixed martial arts classes such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and kickboxing.

With their facility doubled, M3 Flight and Fitness now offers over 95 classes each week.

“I give you my word that M3 will change your life for the better,” said owner Rudy Fleischman.
