Glendale apartment complex holds grand opening

A grand-opening ceremony was held recently for the Brand, a 401-unit, mixed-used apartment building located at 120 W. Wilson Ave., Glendale.

Developed by the Holland Partner Group, the building has a green roof, bike parking, outdoor pool, two Jacuzzis, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, fitness centers and an outdoor fireplace lounge.

Also, Tender Greens, Chipolte and PizzaRev are expected to open in the building in January.
