Glendale Central Library announces changes in hours

Due to renovation work at the Glendale Central Library, the library’s hours will change beginning Monday.

The new hours will be from 2:30 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The library will not be open on Fridays.

Hours for the children’s room at the library will still be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. for early-childhood and family programming.

Also starting on Monday, the hours at the neighborhood library locations will be expanded.

The Library Connection @ Adams Square will be open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, while the Casa Verdugo Library will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Both locations will be closed on Sundays.
