Heavy winds cause tree to fall on La Crescenta home

Heavy winds Tuesday evening knocked a “very large” tree onto a single-family home in La Crescenta, authorities said.
Just after 10 p.m., Los Angeles County fire officials were called to the 4900 block of Ramsdell Avenue, where the tree had collapsed onto a house, said Los Angeles County Fire Inspector Rick Flores.
No injuries were reported.
Further details on damages were not immediately available.
