Glendale Memorial Hospital debuts farmers market
Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital held an inaugural farmers market on its campus earlier this month.
The health facility plans to regularly host the market the third Thursday of each month.
In addition to offering fresh produce from local vendors, there will be health screenings and education for local residents.
The market will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on the hospital campus along Laurel Street, which will be open to foot traffic only on market days. A nominal parking rate will apply for use of the campus garage.
The hospital is located at 1420 S. Central Ave., Glendale.
