Hospital foundation gets new chairman

GLENDALE -- Verdugo Hills Hospital Foundation has elected Anthony D.
Angelica as its new chairman.
The foundation is the fund-raising arm of Verdugo Hills Hospital.
Angelica is president/CEO of Linear Industries, Ltd. in Monrovia. He
has lived in La Canada Flintridge since 1970 with his wife, Savonia, and
three children.
Angelica serves on the Crescenta-Canada YMCA Board of Directors and
the Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy Auxiliary Board. His past community
activities include Catholic Big Brothers, Mayfield Senior School and St.
Bede’s School Board.
Annsley C. Strong was chosen as the foundation’s vice chairman. Strong
has served on the foundation in various capacities since January 1987.
She lives in La Canada Flintridge with her husband, George, and their
four children.
