Glendale Memorial’s Cardiac Fitness Center offers “Big Band Exercise

Classes” from 8 to 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays on the second floor of

the Glendale Heart Center, 1420 S. Central Ave. The class is available to

anyone in the community who wants to get fit to the sounds of Glen

Miller, ‘50s rock ‘n’ roll and other contemporary music. The class

consists of aerobic dance, resistance band strengthening and stretching

Glendale Memorial Hospital’s “Casino Royale” fund-raiser will be held
