Man robbed on Kenilworth

NORTHWEST GLENDALE -- Glendale Police are looking for two men who
robbed a man of a ring and his wallet.
A 52-year-old Glendale man told police a man grabbed him from behind
and pushed him against a bridge’s support beams as he was walking on
Kenilworth Avenue at about 6:50 p.m. Monday.
The man pushed something hard into his back, possibly a gun, and told
him not to move, according to the police report.
He and another man grabbed a ring off the victim’s finger, tried
unsuccessfully to pull another ring off and took the man’s wallet,
according to the police report.
They told him to walk away and said he’d “get one in the head” if he
looked back.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Glendale
Crime Stoppers, an anonymous hotline, at 507-7867. A reward of up to
$1,000 is available upon the robbers’ arrests.
