Gunman robs auto shop

SOUTHEAST GLENDALE -- Glendale Police are looking for a man who robbed
an auto repair shop at gunpoint and made off with more than $24,000 in
cash.
An employee at AAMCO Transmissions, 1444 E. Colorado St., was locking
up the shop for the day when he went back inside and found a man standing
next to the counter, according to the police report.
The man pointed a gun at him and demanded the money from the cash
drawer, police said. He forced the employee to lay on the ground and left
the shop, police said.
