SUSAN ELAINE McANDREWS

Susan Elaine McAndrews, 40, died July 12, 2003.

She was born Dec. 24, 1962, in Santa Ana and was a Montrose

resident for more than 10 years.

She worked at Verdugo Hills Hospital and as a hospice nurse for

the Verdugo Hills Visiting Nursing Assn.

Mrs. McAndrews is survived by her husband, James; and children,

Dillon, Mathew and Bailey.

The memorial service is at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Wee Kirk o’ the

Heather, Forest Lawn Glendale, 1712 S. Glendale Ave.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to VNA Care Home Health

and Hospice, 517 E. Wilson Ave., Suite 200, Glendale, CA 91206-4376.

MARGARET I. McGRORY

Margaret I. McGrory, 87, died July 12, 2003, in Glendale.

She was born Dec. 20, 1915, in Glasgow, Scotland, and lived in

Montrose for 47 years.

Mrs. McGrory is survived by her son, Gerald; daughter, Irene

Flatau; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial Mass will begin at 10 a.m. today at Holy Redeemer

Catholic Church, 2411 Montrose Ave. Interment will be private.

Crippen Mortuary is in charge of direction.
