Three Glendale boys were facing burglary charges Friday after
allegedly breaking into Jefferson Elementary School’s administrative
offices.
A custodian at the school, at 1540 5th St., reported Tuesday he
found someone had urinated on three desks in the administrative
offices. Feces was also found on the floor, a chair and a desk,
police said. Soda was also poured on a copy machine, according to the
report.
Two Toll Middle School students, 12 and 13, and a Hoover High
School student, 15, were suspended this week in connection with the
burglary, said Glendale Police Officer Toby Carver, Toll’s school
resource officer. The boy’s parents were also issued citations to
bring their children to court at a later date.
