Women’s group to have political luncheon

The Republican Women of La Crescenta will have a luncheon Feb. 12

with local candidates running for public office in the primary

election.

Speakers are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. and include a

representative from David Dreier’s (R-La Crescenta) office and his

challenger Sonny Sardo; Dave Wilcox and Lynn Gabriel, who are running

against Assemblywoman Carol Liu (D-La Canada Flintridge); and Bill

Bodell and Harry Scolinos, who are running against Rep. Adam Schiff

(D-Glendale).

A luncheon will follow the speakers. The event will be at Le

Betulle Restaurant, 2383 Foothill Blvd. The cost for a lunch is $15

but is not required to attend. For more information or to make
