Cavalia to debut April 27

The encounter between man and horse will bring its magic to Glendale

in less than six weeks.

Cavalia, a Cirque du Soleil-type event with horses, will debut in

Glendale on April 27, said Norman Latourelle, Cavalia’s founder.

The city’s Redevelopment Agency on Tuesday unanimously approved a

deal to bring the production to Glendale.

The show will take place in a giant big top, which will be erected

on the corner of Orange and Colorado streets.

Tickets, with prices ranging from $29 to $79, will go on sale

Thursday at Cavalia’s box office at www.cavalia.net and (866)

999-8111.
